Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major US federal holidays.

Once your package has dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.
3. Order Tracking & Status
When your order ships, a tracking code will be emailed to you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details in their system.
If you have not received your shipment within 8 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please reach out to us at business@quomfort.com with your order number.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Address Corrections
Please verify that your delivery details are complete and correct prior to placing an order. Address changes can only be requested before order processing is complete. Quomfort LLC is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
